German retail finally growing
Retail trade has grown for the first time after three months in Germany, strengthening the hopes of the stabilisation of domestic consumption.
According to analysts, the reason behind the growth is the improvement of employment situation in Germany: the data published on Wednesday by the ministry of labour revealed that the amount of unemployment had decreased in the preceding 12 months. The consumption of households produces more than half of the German GDP – reports MTI.
