Finally main season started at Lake Balaton

Traffic is hectic at the lake, with weeks with full house follows by weeks with half house, but there are more guests, than a year ago. The 3 and 4 star hotels reported 80 percent of utilization.

Beside the domestic guests, there are a lot of German, Dutch, English and Russian tourists. The number of foreign guests in the three-and four-star hotels and at the campings of SCD Holding, increased by around 5-8 percent in July, compared to the same period of last year.
From the Club Aliga to the Anna Grand Hotel and the hotels of Héviz and Siófok all declared that the season started and if it continues to be a good weather, there would not be a complaint on traffic – reports Napi Gazdaság.
