The grace period ends, a penalty of half a million forints may be at stake
From the beginning of January, NAV also extended the electronic reporting obligation to invoices issued to individuals, organizations without a tax number and foreign partners.
The grace period for the changeover expires tomorrow, and in the future the entrepreneur who does not submit his invoices to the tax authority risks a penalty of up to 500,000 HUF. The most effective way to meet this obligation is to use an online invoicing program that automatically forwards issued invoices to the tax authority, thus avoiding possible penalties.
