Market research company CompTIA recently published a study, according to which every third retailer in North America uses some kind of digital tool in-store and another 22 percent plans to do so. POPAI’s five rules for using digital tools efficiently: 1. Defining the goal precisely, 2. Team work, 3, Fresh and exciting content, 4. Network and 5. Involving shoppers.
