Sentix’s eurozone investor sentiment index improved less than expected in July
The Sentix Frankfurt Economic Research Institute’s eurozone investor sentiment index improved less than analysts expected in July, indicating that the eurozone is only slowly recovering from the deep recession caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
According to a survey published on Sentix’s website on Monday, the eurozone investor sentiment index improved by 6.6 points to minus 18.2 points from minus 24.8 points in June. Analysts expected better data, minus 10.9 points for July. (MTI)
