Warsaw is the second most attractive commercial real estate market in Europe
According to CBRE international consulting firm, Warsaw is the second most attractive commercial real estate market in Europe.
The survey’s results were published in the Gazeta Wyborcza newspaper.
In 2012, investors are mostly interested in London (37 percent). 12 percent of threm has chosen the Polish capital, ahead of Paris (9 percent), Munich (8 percent) and Berlin (7 percent).
Currently 3.6 million square meter office space can be found in Warsaw and this year another 250 thousand square meters will be built. Experts believe this trend will not change in the forthcoming years.
In the center of Warsaw one can rent an office for 22-25 euros per square meter and 14 to 16 euros outside the city center. These prices are not expected to change much in the coming years. (Bata Alexandra, MTI)
