Eurozone’s retail trade fell unexpectedly
Retail sales of the Eurozone showed a decrease unexpectedly in November. A fall occurred in both the food and non food products. The most pessimistic expectations were only about stagnation.
Indeed, the revised October figure also deteriorated sharply: from 0.5 percent expansion to stagnation. The quarterly sales showed at an average 0.5 percent decline, compared with the 0.5 percent expansion of the third quarter – reports ProfitLine.hu.
