Vár: a Speiz
The interior is light and homely, suggesting a relaxed atmosphere – it will be complete by autumn, with a 12-person table and a delicate wine shop, where the place’s own oils, mustards, preserves and jams will be sold. Speiz’s menu changes three times a year; they serve familiar dishes made with an innovative approach.
