There are companies where workers receive an inflation supplement
To compensate for the effects of inflation on wages, the Bosch Group pays a special inflation supplement for the year 2022 as an additional benefit on top of the basic salary. The amount of the inflation supplement for the second half of this year is 10 percent of the basic salary – Portfolio learned from the Hungarian Bosch group.
According to the information, Bosch as an employer, in cooperation with the trade union, concluded wage agreements for this year as well, which represent the interests of the employees. At the same time, due to the economic situation that has developed in recent months and the higher-than-expected inflation, the company group, after consultation with the employee interest representatives, decided that the employees of the Bosch Group in Hungary will receive wage compensation.
