“There's music in it!”: The Folk Musician Wine of the Year
Hungary’s leading folk musicians are choosing the country’s Folk Musician Wine of the Year at the Budapest Folk Fest’s “There's music in it!” day every year since 2013.
This year the wine competition took part on 26 April at the Fonó Music House in Buda. The best red wine became the 2011 vintage Ménesi Feketelányka wine of Balla Géza, while the white category became the 2012 vintage Tokaji Furmint of the Kikelet Cellars.
