The rules of public catering have changed
The regulation on public catering entered into force on 1 January. The regulation controls the preparation and nutritional content of food products prepared in school canteens and hospitals.
According to the regulation, among other things, the sweetened or carbonated soft drinks are prohibited , as well as the use of high-fat meat products. They Ministry also fixed that no salt and sugar bowls can be put on the tables in the canteens of public catering, and also required to progressively reduce the amount of daily salt intake. (MTI)
