Changes in the pig business
The changes in international prices and the domestic legislation changes can be strongly felt in the meat market.
In January, the domestic producer slaughtered pig prices decreased by 4 percent, compared to the previous year's average prices, while the carcass meat on parity basis was 399 HUF. But prices also decreased in further phases of the product chain. (by our colleague)
