Changes in the labor market. Who knows what and how much he asks for
The success of traditional resumes is a thing of the past
On the employee side, excellence from oversupply in the market has become the most burning issue. According to a survey by the DreamJo.bs job portal, 72% of active “white-collar” jobseekers lost their previous job due to COVID-19 and 46% had not been an active jobseeker before, meaning they were essentially inexperienced in writing effective CVs. However, there is a need on the part of employers to get trendy, compact, fast-digesting presentations instead of classic CVs, where “I know this” is followed by “I am looking for this”.
