Changes in the Hungarian Food Book
The rules for meat products and baked goods changed in the Hungarian Food Book, so that consumers will get even better quality products than before. For instance the minimum meat content of bologna and wiener products increased from 40 to 51 percent. In the case of baked goods, what used to be only a guideline became a mandatory requirement.
