Change in Zing Burger’s offering: from May, the meat patties will be made exclusively from Angus beef
What used to be an extra will now be a standard feature of Zing Burger, as every burger will include an Angus beef patty from May. The owners of the burger chain have long wanted to offer hamburger lovers this innovation, and an American meat patty machine has now made it possible.
Unlike previous technologies, the machine does not compress the meat into shapes, but imitates hand movements to perfection, copying manual pattying. The meat is then fried at the most appropriate temperature in its own fat to serve guests a perfect meat patty.
This creates an unprecedented situation for consumers: while the quality increases and the taste continues to improve, the price-value ratio has become more outstanding with a minimal price increase thanks to the new technology.
For anyone who has been to Zing Burger, the Angus beef burger should not be new, as they were the first to popularize this type of meat in Hungary, which is more beneficial than traditional beef, as it has a more favorable fat structure and, thanks to its higher omega-3 and CLA content, has a positive effect on the human body.
