Kornél Németh, the national managing director of Rossmann Hungary Kft., is leaving the company after seven successful years, based on his own decision, to focus on new professional goals in the future, primarily on supporting and developing managers and future managers. The handover will be implemented as planned and gradually in order to fully ensure the continuity of operational operations. His departure is expected in the second half of 2026.

With 266 stores, Rossmann is the largest drugstore chain in Hungary and employs around 2,500 people. The company, which has been awarded the “Best Workplace” award multiple times, plans to open 14 new stores in 2026 and another 10 in 2027. The opening of Hungary’s first, partially automated FMCG logistics center is a milestone. In addition, the Click & Collect service will be introduced nationwide, and the online offering will also be significantly expanded.
