BNI has collected crisis management tips for businesses
As a result of the domestic and global economic events of recent months, the prospects of the domestic SME sector are increasingly deteriorating. This is shown, among other things, by the K&H SME confidence index, which measures the business expectations of Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises, which stands at -14 points after an unprecedented drop.

A new strategy is needed to stay stable
Unfortunately, the crisis is already knocking loudly on the doors of domestic companies. However, there is hope: by streamlining operations and switching business relationship building to a higher level, Hungarian businesses can also defend themselves effectively – pointed out international franchise and networking expert András Avidor, head of BNI Hungary.
Hungarian businesses now have to face a number of difficult circumstances – rising operating expenses due to the energy crisis and inflation, and companies can expect a shrinking market in parallel with the expected general decline in consumption next year.
However, the fight for survival and maintaining profitability is also an opportunity for businesses to rationalize their operations and strengthen their market acquisition activities – since, simply put, these two pillars can secure their future.
In order to facilitate this, international franchise and networking expert András Avidor, head of BNI Hungary, has collected useful tips that can be a useful part of the crisis management toolkit of any domestic SME.
