An Atlanta-based company, VOC Systems Inc. developed a device called Express-Way, which is a terminal (a touchscreen computer and a receiver) in the restaurant. Guests can use this to leave messages to the owner, who receives an e-mail within minutes, with the comment or a link where he can listen to the message.
