V4 Chamber of Agriculture: milk producers and pig-breeders will have a difficult year
The milk producers and pig-breeders will have a difficult year – the representatives of the Agricultural Chamber of the Visegrád Group (V4) said in Czajowice, Poland held on 7-8 April – the National Association of Agricultural Economics (NAK) told MTI on Friday.
According to the information representatives of the Agricultural Chamber of the the Visegrád Group (V4) countries; Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary have agreed at their meeting ethat they sought the assistance of the European Commission to support dairy farmers and pig producers. They ask for resources to the farmers affected by the crisis, and calling for the extension of a safety net. (MTI)
