New Shopping Mall in Szeged

According to the plans the construction works begins next March in the Arkad shopping mall, with 35,000 sqm retail area.

 Developing costs are 70-100 million
euros, the constructor Einkaufs-Center Szeged GmbH bought several
plots, also the plant of old hemp spinner. Some of the building will
be renovated, this will be conacted to the new house of the mall.
Reconstruciton works will finish in autumn of 2010.
