NAK: a guide to futures contracts
Last year, all the participants of the grain market were adversely affected, that futures contracts fell short, due to deficiencies of the legislation.
According to the new Civil Code, came into force on 15 March 2014, and the latest amendment of the 2012 / CXXVIII Act, the 2013 / CCXLVI. Act, – on the interbranch organizations and certain aspects of the agricultural market regulations – that will result in substantive changes to the contract fulfillment system of futures agricultural products.
