Shopping malls are empty
Once people were justling in shopping malls, many of these malls are almost deserted now.
According to experts, this is not only because of the economic crisis, the redistribution of the market also plays important role in it.
The opening of Westend one of the most successful Plazas, has brought difficulties to the shopping malls that had been built in the outer districts. Very few people choose outer doistrict malls up against the malls at the downtown. In many cases, the problems also caused by by poor location choice or ignoring the subsequent competition. The oiginal function of the malls may change. The Óbuda Új Udvar shopping center originally had a movie theatre with VIP seats, now serves the people in the area with goods – reported byMenedzsment Fórum.
