Upcycled superfood snack
A dedicated team of female entrepreneurs is making a new kind of crispy snack from the by-products of craft breweries: spent grain crackers are made from malted barley and/or wheat grits, they are rich in fibre, protein and B vitamins, and they aren’t only healthy but delicious too.

Secontaste has been producing granolas from brewer’s spent grains in several flavours, including cherry, chocolate and hazelnut, which can already be found in cafés, on the shelves of deli shops and in hotel breakfast buffets in Hungary. //
