Bored of tacos? Fold the tortilla differently! – Video of the day

These folded things shown in today’s video are called Flexagons, the rectangular (paper-based) version of which we all played with as a child. No matter what you call the hexagonal tortilla (or hexaflexagon), from which the chef creates a spectacular Mexican dish; the play of the new ones is also impressive – the taste is just an added bonus!
