Pozsonyi croissant included to the EU register of specialty products
The European Commission has included the Pozsonyi croissant into the EU register of specialty products – the Ministry of Rural Development (VM) informed MTI on Wednesday
According to the communication, the registration means that from August 30, the Hungarian confectioners and bakers can use the “traditional specialty product” EU symbol on their pozsonyi croissants, if they prepare the cake in accordance with the accepted specification. (MTI)
