EU Advocate General: the Hungarian cafeteria regulation violates the EU law on several points
The Hungarian cafeteria regulation is contrary to EU law in several points – the Advocate-General of the European Court of Justice announced on Thursday.
The Advocate General's Opinion is not yet judgment, and not to bind the judges in taking their future decision. The Advocate General's mission is to formulate an independent legal opinion in the dispute.
