EU Commission: More and more people buy online from abroad
According to a recent survey by the European Commission, more and more consumers in the EU are shopping through the Internet and their confidence in e-commerce is growing, especially when shopping online from other EU countries.
According to the 2017 edition of the EU Commission Report on consumer habits, consumer confidence in e-commerce has jumped sharply. In the past ten years the share of Europeans buying the Internet have almost doubled rising from the 29.7 percent of 2007 to 55 percent. (MTI)
