Dairy producers of the Union, unite!

The milk producers in the EU may exert a stronger market position in the future. According to the suggestion of the European Commission published on Thursday; the EU would enable them to establish producer cooperative organizations on EU level.

With the establishing of unions, the dairy farmers would acquire same market power as the proccessors. The dairy producers would be able to establish advocacy organizations, in order to share primarily research and production skills with each other.
