POPAI special award: Kitchen of Fresh Ideas Multibrand Program 2008 – Unilever–Interspar co-operation
Enhancing customer loyalty is a priority for both Interspar and Unilever , which has resulted in the creation of the Fresh Ideas Multibrand Program intended to promote the everyday use of Unilever and Spar products. Recipe displays or interactive recipe machines have been installed in stores to provide a regularly refreshed selection of easy to prepare recipes for customers, which also included health tips. The campaign had been a success with one out of five customers recalling the program spontaneously. The campaign had achieved a score of 4.27 on a scale of 5 with more than fifty percent of customers taking recipes home. POPAI Hungary has decided to reward this campaign with its special award.
