Ultrasonic kitchen knife – Video of the day
Industrial ultrasonic knives have been used in laboratories and factories for a long time for precision cutting tasks, but now the Czech startup 369Sonic is making them for kitchen use.
With their blades vibrating at a frequency of 40,000-50,000 times per second, these devices can make the physical work of chefs a lot easier
If 369Sonic’s Kickstarter campaign is successful, the knives will be priced at $390.
