ULink: they don’t lose sight of each other
On 15 May Unilever Hungary launched its alumni programme called ULink. The new initiative creates an opportunity for former and current Unilever employees to keep in touch. Mónika Vörös, HR manager of Unilever Hungary told our magazine that value-based relationships form an integral part of Unilever’s corporate culture. Those who join the alumni programme are regularly informed of the company’s achievements and plans and get the chance to take part in exciting programmes. It was Dr Klára Csík’s idea to establish the Former Unilever Network (VUKK), a kind of club for managers who used to work for the company. First annual meetings were organised but by now the whole thing got bigger, so VUKK has now been integrated into the ULink programme.
