Ukraine plans to increase flour exports
Ukraine intends to increase flour exports continuously in the coming years. Last year, Ukraine exported, a record amount of 257.5 thousand tons of flour, but the half a million tons of annual export is also imaginable.
The price of grain is changing on the world market, however, the flour and the mill industry have an increasing role as well. This gives an opportunity to Ukraine to diversify risk and increase profits – said Rodion Rybchinsky, president of the Ukrainian mill federation. (blog.syngenta.hu, agrarszektor.hu)
