M.E.G.A. group is played into the hands of Ukrainian
The ownership change was made in Februar, after the re-labeling scandals, but the Registry Court has enroled now the two new owner from Ukraine.
The M.E.G.A. Group, with five firme, were sold on one day by
the austrian Ernst Stefan Fischer's G.F. Immobil Vagyonkezelõ Kft. for HUF 291
million, the new owners have to pay HUF 80 million fine because of food safety
problems in 2006.
