The chestnut puree will be re-regulated
The Ministry of Rural Development will continue to campaign against poor quality products: the Ministry’s latest measure will rewrite the 30 year old rule over chestnut products.
In many of the shops, chestnut purees are consist of mostly cooked beans, not real chestnut. Presently, in Hungary only a 1979 year standard disposes with the chestnut products, so the Ministry of Rural Development will issue new regulations – reports Origo.
