The '56 vintage of Tokaji aszús will be rebottled
In honor of the 1956 memorial year 150 Tokaji wine specialties will be bottled again, from the aszús that can be found in the National Wine Depository.
In 1956 harvest began on 22 October and works took place during the revolution – Kiss Eliza Ministerial Commissioner in charge of tasks in the wine sector recalled the events.The National Wine Depository in Tolcsva is owned by the Ministry of Agriculture. A total of 300 thousand bottles of Tokaji aszús and wine specialties can be found there.
