The cheese factory in Kunszentmárton produces again
The Hungarotejfeldolgozó Co. and Csabatáj Zrt. would like to appear in the Hungarian and foreign markets with a special product – announced the new owner of the plant at a press conference.
Végh László, head of the two companies said that the test production in the plant starts this week.
The semi-hard, salty cheese product will be processed from the half of the 40 thousand liters per day of cow's milk. That means 2 tonnes per day kaskaval of cheese. Végh László also noted that for the plant – which was under liquidation – 150 million HUF was paid and a similar amount went to the preparation of production. Their purpose in at least one billion revenue in 2010 and the two or two and a half a billion HUF annual revenue in longer terms – reports Origo.
