Another company has chosen the Telekom Campus developed by WING. The insurance company will be setting up its new office on approximately 1,000 square meters from September 2025. With the signing of the lease agreement, the occupancy rate of the Telekom Campus is approaching 100%.

The Telekom Campus, which was handed over in 2018, is not only the headquarters of Magyar Telekom, but also a defining element of the cityscape of Budapest’s 9th district, one of the capital’s iconic office complexes. The building was originally designed as a headquarters, but in response to changing market conditions, it now functions excellently as a multi-tenant office building – which also demonstrates the forward-looking planning and high quality of the development. It will become a multi-tenant property in 2023, after Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions moves in. With the current new tenant moving in, the building will operate at almost full capacity in the future.

“It is of utmost importance for WING that our developments flexibly adapt to tenant and market needs in the long term. This level of flexibility reflects not only the forward-looking planning of architectural and technical solutions, but also a deep understanding of market needs. The smooth implementation of the change of function, the adaptability of the layout, and ensuring that the building operates efficiently and without problems even with the changed operating model all demonstrate WING’s long-term approach and commitment to quality. Telekom Campus is not only one of the largest office developments in Budapest, but also a long-term investment that responds well to changing market needs. The move in of the latest tenant clearly indicates that there is still a strong demand in the market for premium, ‘A+’ category offices that offer an excellent location, high-level services, and meet the sustainability requirements expected by modern companies,”

– said Dr. Ernő Takács, Deputy CEO responsible for WING’s hotels and commercial real estate portfolio.

The building has excellent accessibility: it is located in the 9th district of Budapest, at the intersection of Könyves Kálmán körút – Albert Flórián út, at the gateway to the city center when arriving from the Liszt Ferenc International Airport and the M5 highway. The M3 metro line provides a direct and convenient connection to the city center, tram 1 offers a quick alternative across the city, and domestic and international flights depart from the Népliget bus and train station and Ferencváros train station opposite.
