Tesco has announced a PET bottle and can recollecting campaign

Between May 11 and October 31 Tesco will reward the collectors of recyclable waste with extra prizes again. During the previous campaign, 18 million PET bottles and 57 million aluminum cans were gathered at the chain's recycling points.

During the period of the campaign, those who collect five stickers in their point collection booklet will receive guaranteed prizes. For a sticker, one should collect 20 PET bottles or same as many aluminum cans, and should be returned to the designated stores. In the first month of the campaign (between May 11 and May 30) and in the last month (between October 1 and October 31) the guaranteed prizes are boxes of Zewa paper handkerchiefs. During the June-July period, the guaranteed prize will be 50 Club Card points, while between August 1 and September 30, customers will be richer with 1.5-liter Naturaqua non-carbonated mineral waters.
