Wal-Mart's sales rose again
After a decline lasted for nine quarters, the Wal-Mart Stores Inc. increased its turnover in the United States and reported about a 1.3 percent sales growth in the third quarter of the company's financial year on Tuesday.
Two-thirds of the U.S. company's revenue comes from the domestic market. The U.S. sales rose for the first time since early 2010, and all business branches performed better than a year before. The Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is the world's largest private employer with more than 2 million people in 28 countries in a total of about 9,700 stores – reports Világgazdaság Online.
