Tesco has introduced a quantity restriction again
According to the data of Árhielő, recently the cheapest place to buy chicken breast fillets is Tesco, which is why many people have bought this product in recent months. Due to the interest, the company introduced a restriction from October 12, which means that customers can only buy a certain amount at a time.
According to the company, this limit is higher than similar measures of competitors and is sufficient to meet the weekly needs of households.
In order to reduce the expenses of customers, Tesco introduces several measures to reduce prices, for example, in the new Price Guarantee program, it guarantees low prices for its own brand products.
The Price Guarantee program helps customers without comparing prices and constantly monitors changes in customer habits, so the program now applies to even more private label products.
Tamás Kámán, Tesco’s purchasing director in Hungary, said that the Price Guarantee program is easier for customers, as the company undertakes to maintain low prices for their favorite own-brand products.
