BrewDog re-launches Gold Can hunt with £5k cash prize
BrewDog has re-launched its Gold Can competition, with a £5,000 cash prize for customers that find limited edition gold-plated cans hidden in its packs of beer.
The prizes have now rolled out across local supermarket stores, with further chances for consumers to win ‘Gold Pints’ and other rewards in BrewDog bars via scratch cards, for those spending £10 or more.
Orders placed via the craft brewers website will also offer double the opportunity to win, as every order comes with a ‘Gold Pint’ scratch card and a chance to find a gold can.
This comes as the third time BrewDog has launched the competition, which previously saw CEO, James Watt revealing that he paid out almost £500,000 to winners after telling customers in initial promotional tweets that the cans were made from “solid gold.”
