A revival has begun on the commercial real estate market
In the second half of last year, a revival has begun in the majority of the commercial property market, which will continue this year.
"In the first half of 2009, the market fell, but in the second six months, however, we experienced an increase and for 2010, we expect significant improvements"- said Hadley Dean, managing partner of the Colliers International real estate advisory firm. According to him; this year, the market activity of Western investors will increase again in this region, although the market will not revert to the two or three years ago level – reports mfor.hu.
