Hungarian railway vehicle production is reborn

The largest enterprise in the history of Hungarian railway vehicle production starts in the Dunakeszi Vehicle Repair (DJJ).

The new owners of the company, TMH International AG, part of the TMH Group, and Magyar Vagon Zrt. (MA-VAG) bring most of an order for 1,300 railway passenger cars worth 1 billion euros (350 billion HUF) to Dunakeszi. 680 railway passenger cars will be produced in Dunakeszi for the Egyptian National Railway Company. This creates a unique opportunity to boost the production of Hungarian railway vehicles that has a long tradition.
