Hangya Cooperation is back now
Hangya was established in 1898 and then soon has turned into a significant part of the country's rural economy. Now the cooperative company is back: the New Hangya Alliance was founded on 6th October,and as a result of this, a New Hangya Cooperation was formed on 7th October 2010.
The formation of the two organizations was announced by Gyula Balogh, owner of Hangya family heritage within the compass of a press conference. Elemér Almási Balogh, founder of the cooperation pointed out that they plan to be independent of all political organizations, and hope the government will support them. Anybody is welcome to join the organization who is willing to accept their rules. Their top priority is to distribute Hungarian products.
