Another EU step towards protecting consumers: here is the trademark reform
The new comprehensive EU trade mark reform has come into force: “Certain Community trademarks may be canceled after a 5-year grace period on the basis of the report of a third party.
Additionally, the new EU Certification Mark will be created, which will specifically certify the detrmined quality or other feature of a particular product – Bánki Orsolya, partner of the Taylor Wessing law firm said.
