Another record year at AKKO Invest: further increasing sales and EBITDA

AKKO Invest Plc.’s consolidated sales revenue increased by 6 percent to HUF 46.1 billion in 2025, while EBITDA, which shows the result of business operations, increased even more, by 13.8 percent to HUF 3.9 billion. The performance was supported primarily by the growth and results of AKKO’s largest subsidiary, NEO Property Services Zrt., which is a dominant player in the Hungarian real estate services market. AKKO’s consolidated accounting result decreased, primarily due to one-off items, most notably a write-down related to the reclassification of a hotel project in France from “utilization concept” to “sale”. As a result, the company’s net consolidated result last year was HUF 631 million, compared to HUF 1.16 billion in the previous year. An important milestone in the life of the company, listed in the Premium category of the Budapest Stock Exchange, was that its main owner, Mevinvest Kft., part of the WING Group, carried out a HUF 10 billion capital increase, from which AKKO paid the arrears of the purchase price related to the NEO acquisition, acquired the remaining 50 percent of the Szerém office building, the arrears of which were also paid, thus its liabilities decreased significantly and its equity increased to over HUF 20 billion. Thanks to all this, the additional profit and resources generated during operation can be used for acquisitions and business development opportunities in the future.

AKKO’s largest subsidiary, NEO Property Services Zrt. founded in 1999, closed another successful year in 2025, similar to previous years, with its sales and results jumping to another record level: sales revenue of 46.5 billion forints, EBITDA of 3.3 billion forints, of which the dividend of 2.6 billion forints to be paid by NEO belongs to the AKKO Group. NEO maintained its stable market position in 2025, despite the challenging business environment that has existed since COVID, its development has continued unabated. The company’s activities include integrated facility management, property management, project management related to real estate investments, and condominium management. NEO’s most dynamically developing activity is general construction and fit-out activities. This business line includes construction projects (rental unit development, greenfield investment or property expansion, reconstruction, etc.), which are particularly important in NEO’s strategy, so this area is considered by NEO to have the greatest growth potential in terms of revenue and profit. Overall, thanks to the stable customer base and successful new customer and deal acquisition activities, NEO expects further growth in both revenue and profit in the 2026 business year.
