Another four-star hotel opens in Budapest

The YOU Hotel Budapest has opened as an investment by a French hotel investor. The four-star hotel is located on Szentkirályi Street, in the former chocolate factory of Frigyes Stühmer. It is operated by the Hungarian Accent Hotel Management, Accent told MTI on Monday.

It was detailed that the project is the result of a three-way international cooperation. YOU Hotel Budapest is the second project of the French Esnée family under the auspices of the YOU Hotels brand they founded. The hotel joins the Accor Handwritten Collection portfolio and is operated by the Hungarian independent hotel operator Accent Hotel Management.

The four-star hotel with a special concept awaits its guests with 94 rooms and modern interior design in the heart of Budapest – they wrote in the announcement.

It was recalled that this is not the first international cooperation of Accent Hotel Management, as it also operates hotels belonging to the Marriott and Best Western hotel chains in a franchise structure as a so-called white label hotel operator. YOU Hotel Budapest on Szentkirályi Street is their first hotel that combines the sales and marketing advantages of the French Accor hotel chain’s collection brand and the standards of the hotel owners’ own YOU Hotels brand concept.

Accent Hotel Management Kft. has been providing comprehensive professional consulting and operating solutions for hotel owners, investors and lenders since 2007. Since its founding, it has been continuously expanding, and currently operates 29 hotels in Hungary and Austria with more than 2,000 hotel rooms, for the operation of which nearly 1,100 colleagues are responsible every day – they announced.
