Market Építő Zrt. is committed to the Smile Foundation for another four years
There are partnerships that go beyond all business interests and create a true community of values. This is exactly the relationship between Market Építő Zrt. and the Smile Foundation: they have been working together for more than ten years to help seriously ill children recover not only physically but also mentally. Now, the cooperation has reached another important milestone: Market has committed itself to supporting the foundation for another four years.
A real solution, a real partnership
The Smile Foundation offers a gap-filling solution to a real social problem such as the mental support of sick children, which few people talk about and in which there are few credible actors. Its activities help in two ways, as it directly supports the children, and on the other hand, it sets an example and encourages its partners to take action with its attitude-shaping activities.
Smile therapies help children to communicate their pain and fears in their own language, i.e. the language of play, stories and creation. Our art therapy sessions give them the opportunity to process the trauma caused by their illness, so they can heal more easily and return to their peers more effectively. For nearly three decades, we have witnessed how children struggling with illness become stronger in their own strength and face difficulties more effectively – this motivates us at Mosoly every day.
– said Katalin Adorján, the head of the foundation.
