Opportunity to purchase new land

In the next phase of the land sales program, it will be possible to purchase state-owned land plots of less than 10 hectares in more than a thousand settlements. Purchase offers for the land plots can be made for 30 days, i.e. until January 16, 2026, on the Electronic Tender System (EPR) of the Ministry of Agriculture.

The lands to be sold serve, on the one hand, the liquidation of undivided common property, and, on the other hand, the cleaning of the state land portfolio.

The Ministry of Agriculture continuously supports Hungarian farmers’ access to land, in order to ensure that safe, high-quality domestic food is put on the table of Hungarian families.

During the land sales program that continues in December, more than 2,700 plots of land totaling 1,500 hectares are offered for sale. The sales announcement is available on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, as the body responsible for the management of the National Land Fund (https://foldalap.am.gov.hu/), a purchase offer can be made on the following electronic site: https://epr.am.gov.hu/. Those making purchase offers can access the EPR interface through the Central Identification Agent (KAÜ) system, with unique identification (using the Digital Citizenship Program (DÁP) mobile application or Customer Gateway+).
