Another consumer group organizing firm was fined
The Competition Authority (GVH), imposed a fine of 2 million HUF to Swiss Invest 2009 Hungary Financial Services Ltd., and banned the publication of the investigated publishings – reports the website of the Competition Authority Office.
According to the Communication; the Competition Authority (GVH), investigated Swiss Invest’s adverts, published before the 11th of June 2010. On the basis of the complaints, it was assumed, that the company had not given clear infiormations over the attribution of the consumer groups, so that the services operated with internal lendings, from the the payments and the lucky customer who received purchase right was lotteried or had been chosen on the basis of prepayment commitment- reports ProfitLine.hu.
